The rooms are prepared for our guests from 2.00 pm. The arrival of additional accompanying persons during the stay must be reported to the hotel reception 24 hours in advance. The rooms must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
There is a telephone in every room. The reception number is 1900.
Calls from room to room are possible by dialing 1 (accommodation area 1) or 2 (accommodation area 2) followed by the number of the desired room.
Calls from the rooms to telephone numbers outside the hotel network are not possible. Incoming calls are forwarded to the desired room by the reception.
Free Wi-Fi is available in every room at the address: ADELI CENTER – WELCOME
On selected floors of the accommodation areas there are hotel kitchens and laundries for guests to use for washing personal laundry. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and the necessary equipment. We ask our guests to keep the kitchen clean and tidy. Laundry can be washed in the washing machines daily from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm. Washing powder must be purchased at your own expense.
If you need an extension cable or a multiple socket for your room, we will be happy to lend you one at reception. If the equipment is not returned to reception, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €10.
The rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, which you will find in the drawer of the table or in the bathroom. If you need additional bathroom equipment such as a shower chair, a medical chair with armrests, a baby bath, etc., please contact reception and we will be happy to add it to your equipment.
Standard room facilities include a TV with a wide selection of satellite channels and a fridge.
