The Balneological Museum in Piešťany specializes in the history of spas and spa operations in Slovakia as well as the history of the Piešťany region. It also includes a historical exhibition in the Villa Dr. Lisku and the Ivan Krasko Memorial Room.

The Art House is a venue for concerts and other diverse cultural and social activities: theater, film, TV shows, congresses, exhibitions, etc. The most important events include the Piešťanské Rendezvous and the Piešťanský Festival.
Winterova Street in Piešťany is named after Ľudovít Winter, the builder of the Piešťany baths. Winterova Street is the main north-south artery of the city center. The larger part of it is a pedestrian zone with a wide selection of cafés, pubs, restaurants of various orientations and pastry shops. Winterova Street is undoubtedly the social center of Piešťany.
The spa island is the center of the centuries-old spa life of the world-famous Piešťany baths. The geothermal water springs from a depth of up to 2000 m and has a temperature of 67-69 °C. In addition to famous hotels such as the Thermia Palace, Balnea Splendid or Pro Patria, the entire island is a lively tourist destination in a cultural and sporting spirit. Promenade, parks, fountains and golf course: no visitor to Piešťany should miss out on visiting this magical place.

A historic building with a terrace in the city park where numerous cultural and social events take place – concerts, dance evenings, exhibitions, theater performances, etc. The Great Hall is decorated with four large-format reproductions of historical photos from the collections of the Balneological Museum in Piešťany, realized by photographer Fedor Nemec. The Kursalon also serves as a meeting place for the Piešťany Photo Club, which has been organizing the Park Foto Piešťany event for several years.

The museum is located on the site of the former military airfield in Piešťany. The exhibition presents more than a hundred pieces of heavy and light equipment, airplanes and helicopters from the armament of the Czechoslovak Army from 1945 to 1992.
