Accommodation regulations at ADELI Medical Center

Accommodation rules

The accommodation rules are issued by ALPHA H.R. s.r.o., Hlboká 4794/45, 921 01 Piešťany, ID No. 52 230 236, and apply to the provision of accommodation and related services in the ADELI accommodation building (hereinafter referred to as the "hotel"), which ADELI Medical Center accommodation, catering, and other services at ADELI Medical Center and regulates the rights and obligations of the operator and guests staying at the hotel (hereinafter referred to as "guest/guests") from the beginning of their stay at the hotel until its end.

These accommodation regulations shall enter into force and take effect on January 1, 2024.

  1. Guests are strongly advised to store valuables in the safe at reception. Report any loss of items to the reception desk as soon as possible. Alpha H.R. s.r.o. is not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
  2. The guest receives a room key immediately upon registration. We ask guests to ensure that the rooms are locked. The guest is obliged to return the key to reception at the end of the stay. In case of non-return or loss of the key, the guest is obliged to pay a penalty of 50 €.
  3. The ADELI Medical Center a monitored parking lot. The parking fee is €1 per day, including VAT. However, the hotel accepts no liability for any damage to vehicles or theft from the parking lot.
  4. It is forbidden to bring any explosives, weapons, self-igniting materials and other dangerous substances into the hotel. The use of open flames is prohibited.
  5. The use of personal appliances such as irons, electric heaters or other electrical devices is not permitted in the rooms.
  6. Cooking food in the rooms is not permitted. For the heat treatment of food, please use the kitchen, which is available on selected floors. Please ask at reception for more information. It is only possible to heat food in apartments that are equipped with a hotel microwave. Only this microwave may be used for heating food.
  7. Alpha H.R. s.r.o. reserves the right to remove all prohibited items from the room.
  8. The guest is liable for damage to the hotel's property caused by him/herself, his/her visitors or persons/animals for whom he/she is responsible.
  9. The entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Failure to comply with this rule will be punished with a fine of €50.
  10. The guest is obliged to sign all invoices for the services provided.
  11. We ask you to show mutual respect for other hotel guests. Unreasonable disturbance of other guests is not permitted. Alpha H.R. s.r.o. has the right to refuse accommodation to persons who disturb others or do not respect the accommodation rules.
  12. The night's rest begins at 10:00 pm and ends at 6:00 am.
  13. The hotel management has the right to ask a guest who has grossly violated the hotel rules to leave the hotel immediately. The guest is obliged to comply with this request. If he refuses, the management has the right to remove his luggage and personal belongings from the room in the presence of the police.
  14. If a guest needs to leave the hotel early for any reason, it is necessary to inform the reception 24 hours in advance. We thank you for your understanding that otherwise the services ordered will be included in the final bill within this period.
  15. Services included in the package cannot be canceled.
  16. Guests have the option of borrowing adapters and extension leads from reception. If the devices are not returned on departure, we charge a fee of €10.
  17. If the fire alarm is activated, please follow the instructions on your room door.
  18. We ask guests with pets to use the elevator, which is marked for use with an animal.
