ADELI CYBER CHALLENGE 2025: free participation and more mobility

Participation in the ADELI Cyber Challenge 2025 is free of charge for the 5 most innovative participants. That sounds like a great opportunity! Take part: The ADELI Medical Center has launched the therapeutic program CYBERTHERAPY as part of the ADELI CYBER CHALLENGE 2025. The goal is to enable more mobility for paraplegics by using cybernetic neurotechnology.

The renowned ADELI Medical Center Piešťany is expanding its range of therapies for people with spinal cord injuries. Patients can now take advantage of a two-week intensive program using the globally unique HAL exoskeleton—a revolutionary technology that enables movement to be controlled by nerve impulses. Apply now and be part of a new era in rehabilitation!

Vienna/Piešťany, June 2025 Cybernetic neurotechnology is an interdisciplinary field that combines cybernetics (control and communication) with neuroscience (the study of the brain and nervous system). Cyberdyne's HAL system recognizes bioelectric signals in the muscles even before any visible movement takes place. The robot provides targeted support for the movement sequence and thus enables a completely new dimension of rehabilitation.

Currently, five people (including accompanying persons) have the opportunity to participate free of charge in the two-week intensive CYBERTHERAPY program CYBERTHERAPY ADELI Medical Center the HAL exoskeleton. The project is called ADELI CYBER CHALLENGE 2025. Applications can be sent to challenge@adelicenter.com from now until June 30, 2025. Participants will be able to experience the therapy program firsthand and take their mobility to a new level.

Mirka, who has spina bifida, completed cyber therapy at ADELI.

The exoskeleton did not disappoint – a robot, but an intelligent one. It takes over (in just the right dosage) the physical work for the therapists, allowing them to focus even more intensely on communicating with the patient and correcting posture while walking. And the patient has their hands full – steering the machine while simultaneously listening to the therapists! 😜😂 Many patients say that when training with Cyberdyne, they first have to really organize their thoughts 🙃 Then come the sweet results – and in the end, nobody wants to go home 🙂 #ADELI #Cybertherapy #Exoskeleton #Neurorehabilitation #SpinaBifida #Rehabilitation #Therapy #RoboticsInTherapy #GaitTraining #Physiotherapy
