ADELI HOPE RUN 2025

ADELI HOPE RUN 2025: Let's run together so that others can walk

The first of August brings an extraordinary event to Piešťany that combines sport, humanity and hope. The ADELI HOPE RUN 2025 will take place on the Lodenica grounds - a charity run for everyone, without distinction. The goal is clear: to support people who fight every day to return to movement and independence.

This unique event is organized by the ADELI Foundation in cooperation with the Slovakman Triathlon. Runners, families, children, senior citizens and people with health restrictions are invited - everyone is welcome to step up to the starting line. Speed or performance are of secondary importance - what counts is the will to help.

"At the ADELI Center, we meet people every day who are learning to walk again and live independently. Their struggle requires enormous strength and perseverance. The ADELI HOPE RUN gives them a voice - and gives us all the opportunity to stand up for them. It's enough to just show up and take the first step. We run so that people with mobility impairments can walk,"
says Radka Šulovská, Managing Director and Chairman of the ADELI Foundation.

Who is the ADELI HOPE RUN for?

The event is open to everyone - regardless of age, fitness or state of health. There are various routes to choose from:

  • 10 km run with official timekeeping for adults and young people (14-17 years),

  • ADELI Mile - symbolic route (1,609 m) that anyone can complete: on foot, in a wheelchair, with crutches or accompanied,

  • Children's races over 100 to 1,000 meters for children aged 0-13 years.

Every participant becomes part of a relief campaign. The proceeds from entry fees and voluntary donations go towards funding intensive rehabilitation measures for patients at the ADELI Medical Center who have survived accidents, operations or neurological illnesses.

Entry fees:

  • Children's runs: free of charge

  • 10 km - teenagers (14-17): 10 €

  • 10 km - adults (from 18): 20 €

  • ADELI-Mile: 10 € (with the possibility of a voluntary donation)

A day full of experiences and emotions

The event is more than just sport. You can look forward to a varied supporting program:
Musical performances by singer Tina and rapper Ego, as well as the personal participation of tennis legend Dominika Cibulková. There will be a fun zone for children, refreshments for everyone - and above all inspiring stories from patients who show what is possible with support.

More than just sport: a run that creates meaning

The main purpose of this special day is to support neurological patients - children, young people and adults who are fighting their way back to life after serious injuries, operations or diseases of the brain or spinal cord. For many, every step is the result of months of hard therapy, combined with pain and endurance.

The proceeds from entry fees and donations go directly toward intensive treatment at the ADELI Medical Center. Every participant in the ADELI HOPE RUN thus becomes part of a real change.
Whether you run 10 km, walk the symbolic mile, or simply cheer on others— every step, every smile, every donation helps.

The event is inclusive and barrier-free - open to all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
It's not the distance that counts - it's heart and purpose.
