On Monday, April 28, 2025, the ADELI Medical Center had ADELI Medical Center honor of being represented by our exceptional head of the medical department, Dr. Jana Stanová, at the popular women's club on STVR. This experienced expert, recognized not only in the field of Vojta therapy but also in matters of proper infant development, shared her knowledge and practical experience with the audience.
Dr. Jana Stanová, head of the medical department at ADELI Medical Center, has devoted herself to this topic with unwavering professional competence. Jakub knew exactly when to sleep and when to focus on the cameras.
And Jakub's mom, Nadia, deserves a medal for her excellent preparation and her determination to convince other moms that it's not worth waiting to start physical therapy!
In her presentation, Dr. Stanová emphasized the importance of immediately consulting health professionals - especially paediatric neurologists, paediatricians, rehabilitation physicians and qualified paediatric physiotherapists - whenever a child is suspected of having developmental delays or abnormalities. She encouraged parents to ask lots of questions and insist on answers. She also recommended relying on maternal instinct and, if in doubt, always seeking a second opinion from another specialist. The more time is lost in the proper development of a child, the more time-consuming it is later to make up for what has been missed.
