Dear friends of ADELI,
In the Slovak Republic, each of us has the opportunity to decide where a portion of the taxes we’ve already paid goes. This 2% won’t cost you a single extra cent, yet it can mean hope, progress, and a real chance at a better life for someone.
The ADELI Foundation, with identification number 36 084 561 and headquartered in Piešťany, allocates these funds where they are most urgently needed: for the rehabilitation of children and adults with neurological conditions, following accidents or strokes; to support treatment at the ADELI Medical Center to assist families who would otherwise be unable to afford necessary therapy. At the same time, these funds also make important charitable projects and initiatives of the ADELI Foundation possible.
Tax returns must be filed by March 31; if an extension is granted, the deadline is generally June 30 at the latest (September 30 for income from abroad).
All you need to do is include the name Nadácia ADELI, the IČO 36 084 561, and the 2% allocation (or 3% if you meet the requirements for volunteering) on your tax return or in the corresponding form for allocating the tax share.
Your decision won't cost you a thing, but it could mean everything to someone else.
