Top-level ice hockey brings with it an enormous physical and mental burden. The interview at ADELI was recorded one week before the first game of the Ice Hockey World Championship (2026) in Switzerland. In the life of a professional athlete, time passes faster: as does recovery, regeneration, and preparation for the next performance.

ADELI Medical Center is an internationally recognized center for intensive neurorehabilitation and comprehensive regeneration. The center relies on an individual approach, modern therapeutic methods, and a multidisciplinary team of experts. For professional athletes, the combination of stays in the hyperbaric oxygen chamber with physiotherapy, manual therapy, massages, and hydrotherapy can be a decisive component of targeted work on the musculoskeletal system as well as an important factor for returning to maximum performance.
