Laura is 21 years old and is starting to reshape her life. She survived a serious car accident, spent weeks in a medically induced coma, and suffered a devastating head injury. The brain damage affected her motor skills, food intake and speech. In this video, you can see how Laura fights to return to life after this severe head injury. The Adeli Medical Center is indispensable for Laura; the rehabilitation after the trauma at Adeli and in the hospital is incomparable. "Everything goes hand in hand with human care, the doctors and therapists look after the patients very well," says Laura's mother. This is why Laura has also become a member of ADELI Charity. It enables Laura to get more help with the financing of her rehabilitation stays. Laura wants to return to work and be independent as soon as possible. Would it be possible after such a severe head injury? It also depends on the support of those around her! Every donation, be it a direct gift or more than 2% of the tax (only possible in Slovakia), will be used for her rehabilitation. Laura knows that she has been given a second chance in life and she has no intention of giving it up. If you would like to support Laura in her endeavors, you can do so via the pages of our foundation: https://www.nadaciaadeli.sk/pribehy/pomoc-potrebuju/laura-zetochovaň Thank you very much!
