Dear interested parties of the ADELI SUMMER CAMP Turkey 2024,

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to a very special summer rehabilitation stay at ADELI SUMMER CAMP in Turkey. This trip offers you the unique opportunity to spend a relaxing vacation for the whole family by the beautiful sea and at the same time benefit from first-class rehabilitation in the pleasant atmosphere of the five-star SIDE STAR RESORT hotel.

Important information about your stay:

• Duration: 1 week

• Period: 1/10 - 8/10/2024

• Rehabilitation begins on Wednesday and ends on Monday.

• Your accommodation is available from Tuesday to Tuesday. Check-in is possible from 14:00 and the room must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.

• Capacity: 8 patients per week

• Accommodation and rehabilitation:Hotel SIDE STAR RESORT5* UALL

• Accessible rooms are available.

• Catering is provided at the highest level with Ultra All Inclusive, and the hotel caters for all diets and individual requirements.

• A supervisor is always available during your stay.

Conditions:

• Patient age: No restrictions, but the stay is not recommended for bedridden patients. An electric lift is not available.

• Prices:

• • 1 week: 2980 EUR

• • BabyMed-patients: EUR 2780 per week

• Included in the price: Accommodation and full board for 1 patient + 1 accompanying person in a standard room.

Reduced family offer is to patients up to the age of 11.99 that travel with you at no extra charge:

• 2 adults or

• 1 accompanying adult and 1 child (sibling) up to 11.99 years of age

For larger families:

• The maximum occupancy of the standard room is 2 adults and 2 children up to 11.99 years. There is a surcharge of EUR 700 per week for this combination.

• A family suite is required to accommodate 3 adults + 1 child. Such a family cannot be accommodated in the standard room. We will be happy to inform you of the price and availability of the suite on request.

Arrival:

• Return flights to Antalya (Turkey) and the transfer from the airport to Side (approx. 70 km) are not included in the price. We are happy to assist you with the organization of the transfer.

• Slovak citizens do not need a visa, but citizens of other countries may need one. You can check whether you need a visa here:Visa check Turkey

• Please check the validity of your passport. Children also require a passport that is valid for at least 150 days beyond the date of entry into Turkey.

Insurance:

• We ask all participants to take out travel insurance. This is not included in the price.

• We recommend that you ensure that you hold the right to cancel the insurance in the event of acute illness.

• Please note that the insurance guarantee cannot be used to pay for rehabilitation in Turkey.

Rehabilitation course:

• Duration: 6 days, Wednesday – Monday

• Daily program:

• • 1 hour of training in the ADELI suit with 2 therapists

• • 1 hour training in the pool

• • 1 hour massage after training

• • 30 minutes reflexology massage

• • 4x weekly manual therapy

• • The training takes place in groups with 2 physiotherapists.

Terms and conditions of payment and cancellation:

• After booking, please fill out our form and send it to our assistants.

• After the reservation Mrs. Veronika Suchopárková will send you a proforma invoice. Please pay at least 50% of the non-refundable deposit for the stay.

• The balance must be paid at least one week before arrival.

• In the event of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded.

• Please consider taking out cancellable insurance in the event of acute illness.
