Vascular stroke

4. Dizziness and balance problems: Dizziness, balance problems or difficulty walking may be an indication of a stroke.
5. Severe headache: Sudden, severe headache, especially if accompanied by nausea or vomiting, may indicate bleeding in the brain and therefore a stroke.
